Terms & Conditions

1.   Purpose and Scope

This document sets out the Terms and Conditions governing the provision of services by Jacob’s Solutions (“Company”, “We”, “Our”) to the client (“Customer”, “You”, “Your”). By contracting our services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms stipulated herein.

2.   Service Warranty

2.1 Standard Warranty: We provide a standard 15 to 30 days warranty for the services rendered, commencing from the date of completion of the service.

2.2 Extended Warranty: Available upon request, subject to prior written agreement before commencement. Additional fees may apply.

2.3 Warranty Limitations: Our warranty covers service workmanship only and does not include parts or materials supplied.

3.   Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

1.  Parts or potential part failures.

2.  Damage from negligence, misuse, or improper maintenance.

3.  External/internal factors beyond our control, including employees, contractors, or third parties.

4.  Acts of nature, malicious damage, or other uncontrollable events.

4.   Warranty Void Conditions

The warranty will be void if:

-  Unauthorized modifications, interventions, or tampering occur.

-  The service is used contrary to agreed terms.

-  There is a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

5.   Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

-  Use the services for their intended purpose.

-  Report any issues within the warranty period.

-  Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

6.   Service Hours and Emergency Tariffs

Standard Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Weekend & Out-of-Hours: Higher tariff applies.

Emergency On-Call: Additional cost plus applicable taxes.

7.   Payment Terms

Payments must follow the agreed invoice schedule.

Emergency/out-of-hours work incurs extra charges.

Invoices will include applicable taxes and fees.

8.   Limitation of Liability

Jacob’s Solutions shall not be liable for:

-  Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

-  Losses from misuse or unauthorized modifications.

The client agrees to indemnify Jacob’s Solutions against such claims.

9.   Agreement Acceptance

  By proceeding with our services, you confirm that you:

-  Have read and understood these Terms.

-  Agree to comply with these obligations.

-  Understand all limitations, exclusions, and conditions.
